Beauty With Purpose Takes Centre Stage at Dublin Multicultural Event

A multicultural beauty pageant in Dublin recently brought together contestants, community representatives and cultural performers for an event focused on both personal achievement and social responsibility.

Twenty-four women from seven countries participated in the programme, which was attended by approximately 450 guests at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre.

Organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd. and sponsored by Broccoli Care Ltd., the programme was developed in collaboration with The Truth About eu news this week Drugs Ireland.

Drug education formed an important part of the event, with guided exhibition tours introducing visitors to information about commonly used drugs. Contestants were encouraged to prepare by studying drug-prevention materials, and a number of them completed every available online course.

Cllr. Francis Timmons, Mayor of South Dublin, spoke during the programme about the importance of bringing communities together through education.

Guests enjoyed performances representing Irish, Indian and Indonesian traditions throughout the afternoon.

The principal title was awarded to Niveditha Vudayagiri, a software engineer who holds a master’s degree in AI. The other leading awards went to Fortunate Lindokuhle Masina and Yuki Yuliatin.
